Loop Roof’s new cocktail menu has been carefully constructed around sustainability. In collaboration with our good friends at Mister Bitters, we’ve pooled our resources and contacted local businesses to take a step in the right direction putting together a sustainable drinks program.
Our goal is to work with local businesses and utilise byproducts that would otherwise be destined for disposal. With a little imagination, coffee grounds, left-over fruit, spent citrus peels, and oxidised wine can all be put to second use. We’ve made tinctures, syrups and oils to create an eye-catching, mouth-watering and ultimately environ- mentally conscious drinks menu.
